01 — The Problem
Pinares de San Antón is a residential community set across a Mediterranean pine forest on the Monte de San Antón, looking out over the bay of Málaga. Its previous web presence was a dated WordPress site — hard for the board to update, with community information scattered and no live service info.
The goal: an identity and a website that feel like the place itself — calm, green, rooted — and that the community can actually run day to day.
02 — The Solution
A new wordmark, a green-and-earth palette drawn from the forest and the bay, and an editorial type system. The brand reads as calm and natural — never corporate.
Custom-built on Next.js with Sanity as the CMS, so the board edits text, news and the gallery without touching code. Fast, responsive, and easy to grow.
The hill is served by EMT Línea 29. I integrated live arrival data so residents and visitors can see the next microbus at a glance — a small feature that changed daily life on the mountain.
A secure virtual office where owners access minutes, documents and community notices — governance moved online, in one place.
03 — The Outcome
Live EMT bus tracker + owners' portal
